FC Mystery Shipping Policy

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing & Shipping

• Fast Processing: Orders are processed by us on the same day and handed over to PostNL before 4:00 PM, ensuring they enter the shipping process immediately.

• Delivery Time: In most cases, PostNL delivers the next day. Please note that delivery may occasionally take one day longer, depending on how busy PostNL is.

Shipping Options

• Letterbox Package:

  • 1 Mystery Football Box or a maximum of 2 Mystery Scarf Boxes are shipped as a standard letterbox package. 

• Standard Parcel:

  • Orders containing 2 or more shirts or 3 or more scarves are shipped as a standard parcel.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Rate: €3.95

• Free Shipping: Orders of €65 or more qualify for free shipping.

Package Not Received

Haven’t received anything after 3 days?

1. Check your Tracking: First, check the Track & Trace code you received via email from PostNL.

2. Contact PostNL: Contact PostNL directly using the details from your order confirmation.

3. Still no package? Please let us know via info@fcmystery.com so that we are aware and can assist in ensuring you receive your order.
