Returns and Exchanges at FC Mystery

100-Day Consideration Period

At FC Mystery, you have 100 days after receipt to return your order or make a one-time exchange.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product may be tried on, but it must be unworn.

• Original labels and tags must still be attached. If they have been removed, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

Return Costs

• In most cases, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• If you opt for the one-time free exchange offered by FC Mystery, we will send the replacement product to you free of charge. First, please send us a message via info@fcmystery.com so we know you want to use your free exchange and what requirements the replacement shirt must meet. You can then send your item to us and you will quickly receive a new one!

• If there is an issue with your product or the delivery, we will, of course, reimburse the return costs. Please contact us first at info@fcmystery.com so we can be informed and assess the situation.

• Return shipments from Belgium can only be sent as a standard parcel.

• The letterbox package option is exclusively available within the Netherlands.
